Wheee!

So I got my package from Target in the mail today. Yay! It arrived on our way out to lunch with my girlfriends. I was so excited that I had to open it on the spot! The sheets I got for Sofia are ADORABLE! The print is sooooo cute. Did I mention we love "owls". LOL! Super cute. She loved them too. She was all excited yeling "For me momma? For me???!!!" haha They are flannel and they'll keep her warm in the winter because you know, she's a BIG GIRL now... and she sleeps in her own bed. Gosh, I love that so much! It makes me sad that she's getting older but... honestly, after almost 3 years of her sleeping with us, I was ready for her to move into her own bed. LOL! I miss her little warm body next to us but she needs to learn to sleep alone. The sooner the better, in my opinion. Of course, she still climbs out of bed in the early morning and climbs into bed with us but that's ok. I'm sure she'll be doing that for a long longggg time. Right???

That is the biggest picture I could find of them.... =( I'll make sure and take a pic of them on her bed when I get my camera. LOL I'm going to look for my little point and shoot. I'm sure it's somewhere around here. Probably just need to charge the battery.

I also got the pink makeup brushes in the same box. And all I have to say is - ADORABLE! lol I already tried them and they're good. Really soft and they apply makeup on nicely. Good choice! =)


I bought both items at Target online.

Remember how I said I did Zumba last night and then got up at 4:30am to go to another Zumba class at 5am? OMG. I don't think I'm going to do that again! I was crashing today around 10am. I was EXHAUSTED. I had to force Sofia to take a nap with me around 3ish because I just couldn't take it anymore. She was due for her nap anyway. But she always fights it. I just wanted her to sleep with me because I can't sleep if she's awake. I can't ever do that. It's not safe anyway. But thank goodness she fell asleep. I just put on "Cinderella" for her on tv while we laid on the bed. Damn, this reminds me that I'm getting old now! LOL I can't hang like I used to when I was 21! LOL I can't even if I try. I still feel tired but the 2 hrs of sleep I had helped A LOT.

This weekend not sure what we're doing yet but I do know that on Sunday we have a little gathering with our base commander. I'm realllllyyyyy excited about that! What an honor! It's a big deal in the military when you get invited to hang with the commander! LOL So I'll let you know how that goes. I also want to head up to Cloudcroft and take pictures. Obviously-with my film camera. They're not gonna be as snazzy as they usually come out with my nice camera but... at least they're pictures! Moments captured for life so I'm happy about that. Of course I'll share when I develop.
