Time flies...

Gosh... I can't believe it's been a whole year since we last took this picture. A WHOLE year. Can you believe that? If feels like just yesterday! And she is so much bigger. Last year she still had a little bit of "baby" in her. Just a pinch. Now it's gone. LOL She's like a mini-BIG person. It's amazing how much she has grown in such little time. Right? *le sigh*

Now she's in this "terrible three's" stage. She's very testing. She tests her limits and our patience. LOL Everything is her way or the highway. She is very rebellious. I can see a lot of me in her when I was her age. I was like that as a matter of fact, for a long time. Fortunately my Mother had a TON of patience and was (not overboard but) strict enough where she was able to make me realize that my attitude was not going to take me anywhere. LOL I hope to have the same patience as her. I'm trying. The terrible three's is definitely being a challenge for Joe and I as new parents. The wonderful 1's and 2's were a breeze. Peace of cake.... but hey, we're up for the challenge. She is absolutely worth it! I can't believe 4 years ago I was thinking I'd never become a mother and look at me here - talking about how the terrible three's are kicking my butt. LOL

Looking at this picture too makes me miss my camera so much! [sulk] You really do take some stuff for granted until it's gone. GOSH! I wish I was more careful with it. *sigh* Oh well... on a good note, I will be getting a camera with our tax return. Now is just the big decision about what camera to get. I am not getting the same one. I want to go with the Canon 5D Mark II or Nikon d700. We'll see... I can't wait for that day! =D

Today - I'm going to tackle some house cleaning. WOW. Highlight of my day! haha Hopefully I'll get a lot done. Hard to say with a very active toddler.
Yesterday I bought some Persimmon Fruit at our local grocery store. I've never had that fruit in my life before! Have you? They are orange? They look like tomatoes, but they are fruit, so I've been told. LOL I'm going to try them for the first time with Sofia. I'll take pictures and share later. =) I actually had to google/you tube to find out how to cut and eat it. LOL Am I a dork or what??? hahahaaaa
