It's Wednesday! Yayyy... getting closer to the weekend! haha Not that I have anything planned... Today I plan to take Sofia to the park or to Grandma R's to burn off some energy. So I can let her run all she wants. I wish she'd get over that "must put everything in my mouth" stage though. I'm sick of it. LOL She tries to put sand from the playground in her mouth. GROSS! Then I plan to go to the Walmart to buy some flowers. I need more flowers. Makes me smile. I want to start working on my "garden". I've never gardened before but I know I can do it! haha I told hubby I wanted to plant some flowers either in the front or back yard and he just nodded his head. He must be like, "Woman, you're crazy but sure, ok." haha Oh well... I hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday so far. I leave you with a funny song here. I love this song. It's makes me giggle. I bought the album and gave it to my sister. She thought it was hilarious!

April is when I plant my flowers. I go to Home Depot and buy 4 crates! lol I have a big bed in front and 4 pots to fill.
ReplyDeleteI killed ALLOT last year. Its all about finding the right type for your area, size of bed our pot, sun or shade. Ask the employees our go to a garden center (one where all they do is sell plants and trees) to bend their ear before you buy. I would snap photos with my iPhone and type in the info and then go home and research the flower our plant before buying. The easiest 1st time flower to grow are Annulas such as Marigolds, Petunias and Impatiens. I did not kill these, even forgot to water a few time! lol Rule of thumb is to water early in the AM before the heat of the day. There are so many pretty plants out there. I can't wait to pick them in April.

Lovely picture, Tocayita! Tricky stage kids go through putting all sorts of crap in their mouth...gotta watch them like a hawk!! Well I've always liked to garden since I was a little kid. I used to help my dad all the time...and he never minded, which was cool. Now a days I find that gardening helps reduce my anxiety. It's always tricky to find a flower that wont die LoL!!
