I'm so glad it's Friday. The weekend couldn't come soon enough! This week for some reason just dragged for me. I feel so much better today. Not in any pain. Thank Goodness. I have days like yesterday at least once a month or ever few months. And as I get older, the pain seems to get worse. I guess because those cysts just keep getting larger with time. It doesn't disable me because I don't let it. I have a child to take care of. It's all good. So Friday, thank you for finally arriving.
Today. Not much planned really. I may go to Grandma's house and visit to see how they're doing. Plus, I'm sure they'd like to see Sofia. It's been a while since we've been over to hang out. After hubby gets home from work, we have to go do some grocery shopping. Food for the week and stuff to make for this weekend.
There's a UFC fight tomorrow. OMG! I'm so excited about that! We invited one of Joe's friends and his wife over to watch it. They're fans like us. So yeah! That should be fun! Tomorrow we also plan to go eat Peter Piper Pizza down in Las Cruces. My hubby LOVES that place. I think that's the only reason he was sad to leave San Antonio. Because there wasn't a Peter Piper Pizza here in Alamogordo! LOL Then we'll come back and chill before the fight starts.
Sunday. The Superbowl? I'm not into football really. Hubby is so I reckon' for Sofia and I it will be a pretty boring day. LOL I want to go to the Goodwill store and look for a mirror for my bathroom. Something I can hang on the wall because I'm so blind when I take off my glasses that when I'm putting on makeup, I have to lean WAY over the sink to the mirror to see how my eyeshadow looks. LOL I have a handheld mirror but I want a mirror dang it. So that's my hunt. Wish me luck. I am looking for a victorian style type oval mirror. *crosses fingers* Maybe I'll ask Grandma or nephew to watch her when I go. I tried to go to the thrift store earlier this week and I literally just walked in and walked out because Sofia started crying. Now that she's a toddler, it's so hard to get shopping done. She hates to be in the shopping cart. Oy! The terrible twos have started. And she's not even 2 years old yet! ha! LOL

ReplyDeleteOh and hey, I dunno. I know Sofia hates to be in the shopping cart. She'll do ok for the first 5-10 minutes but then after that, she wants OUT. So I have to fly through the store if I want to buy anything. Your baby might be different. No kid is the same. =) *cross your fingers that she's one of the ones that LOVEEEEE sitting in the stroller while Momma does shopping* haha!

ReplyDeleteTomorrow going to clean house, go to the store and Wal-Mart. Monique is invited to a party so need to get a gift. Also some new rock and a stone filter for Sophia's fish. Oh and re-arrange Mo's room so she will sleep better. Sunday going to a friends house, I won't watch the game much, I'm more of a baseball and basketball fan. You will find me standing over all the food stuffing my face! lmbo!! Good luck with the mirror hunt. I just love my mirror. The one that stands and lights.....member?? I love that it is magnified and I can see all the yuck going on in my face. Have fun watching the fights. I hope you have a good time. Its nice to have couples over. Give Sofia a kiss and I'm glad ur feeling better.
