Today is Joe's Birthday. Gosh, I can't believe I met him when he was 17. Whoah. I thank the Lord for him bringing him into this world and for making our paths cross and intertwine. He is the best husband and father in the world.
No big plans. I'm making him his favorite cake ever. Pineapple Upside Down Cake and I'm baking a Honey Lemon Chicken in the oven. We'll see how that goes. I've never made it before and my sister recommended it! So wish me luck!
