[/hidepost]A ndrea (my BFF) arrived from California on Wed. I was so excited! We stayed up pretty late just catching up and chit chatting. Funny how most of my conversations revolve around Sofia now. haha. I'm such a MOM! So what have we been up to? Absolutely NOTHING. Not doing one damn thing. We are just being lazy. We're in our PJ's all day. We skip a shower or so. LOL! Hey... it's not like we're going anywhere! We're allowed to be stinky a day or two. It's just US anyway! hahaha We just watch t.v., sit outside the front of our house and watch the birds and nasty grey clouds fly by. We eat junk food and watch reruns of "I Love Lucy". Our favorite show! We are always laughing and yelling, "That's you! You're such a LUCY!" BTW, she's ETHEL and I'm LUCY. But of course! bwahahaha Today is payday so we will do some shopping this weekend probably. I need to buy some things for our trip. I need to buy a backpack for our trip. I'll be using it as Sofia's diaper bag on the plane. So yeah, gonna do some shopping. And that's about it. Andrea used to live with us a few years ago. She lived here about a year and a half? So she's KNOWS San Antonio. She already did the whole "tourist" thing. We all have. So she's not all about, "Ohhhh you gotta take me there!" We've done it already. It's all about spending quality time together. That's more valuable, don't you think? Here are just a few pics I've taken while she's been here.[hidepost]
I'm really sorry about how much cleavage I'm showing in the last pic. Andrea took it standing right over us. LOL But I really like how I came out in it, so I kept it! LOL I'm so VAIN huh? haha Anyway... that's why most my pics are private anyway. *wink* [/hidepost]
This is so random but how's the weather on your end? It's been very cloudy and rainy here. I hate it. I want the sun to come out already. All I want to do is stay indoors and EAT when the weather is like this. I feel so FAT. Seriously. This weather needs to improve so I can go out and take a walk. I was supposed to stick to my workouts but ha! That only lasted a few days. I weighed myself today and I weigh 160. NOT too bad I guess? Considering I just had a baby... but I want to get rid of all my belly fat. Blah. Oh well, guess it's too late to try to drop some pounds huh? Besides, my family loves me no matter how much weight I've gained. LOL! Know what made me feel better? To see pictures of J'lo on t.v. and see that her belly's bigger than mine. LOL! How awful is that? lol
Enjoy some tunes from me, ok? This is what I've been jammin' to lately. I don't know what I'd do without music in my life. I'd die. For sure. LOL

The weather here? Rainy (which is soo needed, we are still in drought conditions) and extremely springlike. Azaleas are blooming and the wisteria is well on its way to bursting out in a blast of purple. As long as the temps stay in the 60's and low 70's I'm thrilled.

The weather in Florida has been hot and humid. It rained a couple times yesterday, but only for 10 minutes and the most. I think it's supposed to thunderstorm later, but as long as there is no tornado watches I'll be good!
I don't think 160 is bad after having a babe.

ReplyDeleteand the weather here in Houston is probably worse than it is there in SA. It's like 80 something with like 85% humidity and it's NOT raining. It's bad. I'm having a hard time breathing with all this humidity. It sucks. and my floors are wet. I HATE that. gah.

ReplyDeleteOn the shores of Lake Michigan we got hit with a spring snowstorm of a "wintery mix" ... which means rain first, then sleet, then snow. It started around 4pm yesterday and ended just before lunchtime today. I don't understand why work was not called off this morning. Those were some of the worst roads all year. It's gloriously sunny here now and the junk from the storm should be melted in a day or so.

I acually took the kids out to play and had a picnic today! ... Cant wait to have you in Cali Ana! Dont forget to email Ana and I and see what day you will have time for little old us ...lol I was on my way to Hawthorn the other day and passed by Plaza Mexico and thought of you guys...I even emailed Ana to ask about when you were coming. ReplyDeleteYooooo! Hi Ana! Well, I live in Arizona, sooooooooooo the weather is a tad gorgeous. People get mad when I tell them that I can wear shorts and flip flops in March. They never want to hear it. lol..it was in the upper 80s last week. Today it's sunny and low 80s.

Love the pictures! Here in New Orleans, it is HOT and rainy. I have been stuck in the house because it has been too hot or it has rained. I wish it would stay about 72 degrees all year long.....

the weather is so-so these days in Greece. we had a lot of rain and clouds, too. even though it's supposed to be spring. ;P I just want to stay home and be on the computer and drink hot-cocoa. LOL
