More things on my list to do. (Just to name a few! Some important, some not so much)
*Fold and put away Sofia's Laundry
*Wash more of OUR laundry
*Organize CD's (Yeah, I still have those darn cd's in boxes! We've decided to throw away the cases and put the actual cd's in a cd book! Duh! Why didn't we think of that before? Doh!)
*Put all our pictures (that have been in a box for years) in albums.
*Vacuum and Mop floors. (Yes, I don't have any rug in the house but a ton of pet hair! Sweeping does not GET it off the floor and out of the air!)
*Clear and organize our computer desk. (How does it manage to get so cluttered in a matter or days? LOL)
*Wash all of our comforters (We gotta go to the Laundromat for that though. Blah)
*Clean out extra rooms in the house. They have somehow turned into "junk rooms" ...AGAIN! LOL!
*For my blog: Transfer all my blogroll over here and adding more blogs to my "blog love" section. (Apologies for my slacking in that dept! I haven't forgotten though!)
Anyway... I know I can't get all of these things done in one day. I think my goal should just be to accomplish one thing a day. Right? This way I won't feel so overwhelmed everyday. I really should just take my own advice. I know the answers. I just need to act on them! LOL
On an ending note, Spring's almost in the air, yoh! And, well, you know what that means. Spring cleaning time! I need to get rid of a lot of stuff. Which reminds me, I wanted to ask you guys, anybody interested in buying a coach bag from me? I'll have to take pictures and share them with you. It's an old model but it's in GREAT condition. I think I only used it a few times... =/ If I don't use it, it's gone! LOL! That's my new motto when organizing and cleaning up things in the next few weeks. I'll let you know how this all goes in a few months from now. I wish I could fast forward to us moving to our next duty station in 6 months. I am ready for a new house..! Yeah! *hehehehe*
ps! Anybody brave enough to leave me an audio comment? I installed a new plugin. It's neato! Come on... don't be shy! You are cool. You can do it! hahaha
I have a huge to-do list too.

I always have a huge to-do list. :) Callie and Cheyenne were early teethers. They are only 9 months old now, and they each have six teeth. Four on the top and two on the bottom. It is amazing how much you forget so quickly, because I don't even remember what all I did with them! I just always had Tylenol and baby Orajel. And I also would put their teething toys in the freezer for a few minutes, that seemed to help. Also, putting a wet wash cloth in the freezer for a bit to let her chew may help. Sometimes you just have to let them cry though. When NOTHING would work with the girls, I just had to let them cry.
ReplyDeleteOh and I just remembered! Go to Wal-Mart and get teething tablets. Those helped with my girls a little. :) Sorry for being so all over the place with my typing! :)

Hi, Sweety! Boy, I remember how hard it was to get things done when I had my first(!) But, yes, you are correct by thinking to do just one thing each day. Works great. Wait till you have the "next one"! LOL
ReplyDeleteTeething. Kind of easy. I just got those gel filled teething rings and kept them in the freezer. The first time Sofia uses one you'll get a very surprised look. But, once Sofia finds it helps the "pain", she'll want one all the time. In case you are ever caught without one, a banana popsicle, a single one, works great too.
Hey, my mother said she used to dab a touch of whiskey on her finger, then rub my gums with it. Glad we don't do that anymore-LOL Maybe that explains why I'm a touch strange-
LOL
Sweetie, I'll be off computer for a few days. Hubby is going in for surgery tomorrow to remove part of his bowel where a huge polyp is. He'll be in hospital for about 3 days. I'll be alone at night, but up at the hospital during the day. It's going to be a bit weird not having hubby next to me in bed . . .

Oh! I like the new site, I'll have to update my links.
ReplyDeleteAt least you have an excuse for not completing your to do list. I actually wish I had some stuff to do, I'm so bored!
I'm afraid of the audio comment feature. I've done it on a couple other sites and I felt like a complete fool, my voice sounds funny.
I feel ya on the to do lists I have alot to do and it never ever ends . I am interested in the coach purse.
