Is it Friday yet?

My morning started out so crappy, I swear I could have cried like a baby. But I didn't. I sucked it up. I woke up to a cat meowing like a lion by my bedroom door. Woke me up. Woke up the baby. It was pretty late, so I thought, "Ok, ok. I'll get out of bed now." I proceed to open the door from the bedroom to let the dogs out to go poopie but am slapped in the face by a fowl smell! I knew as soon I smelled it what it was. Cat POOP & pee! OMG... I swear I almost passed out. I was like, "No...no... please tell me it isn't so..." Without even thinking twice I knew where he had pooped and peed. In the hallway bathroom. The very one that's getting worked on by housing maintenance. They've been over almost every day of the week. Well I guess they accidentally closed the door to the cat's bathroom (we have his litterbox in ampty closet room) yesterday and we didn't catch it. So overnight when the cat had to pee, he got this bright idea to pee in the tub. Mind you, it still hasn't gotten worked on. It's on the list for them to come and do it next week. They're working on the walls and paint right now because apparently, we have termites and they've beeb eating away at the paint on the walls so the walls are peeling and cracking. Ahhh! It's a mess in there. Anyway... I knew they were coming back today so I mean OBVIOUSLY I had to clean that shit up. Literally! Cat turds in the tub, not a pretty picture. It was so gross! Oh, and yeah, he peed in it too. OMG.... cat pee is the freakin' worst smell in the world. Seriously! I was gagging and almost pewked from the smell. And to make matters worse, as I was cleaning it, it sprinkled on my cheek! Ewwwwww! OMG, I swear I almost REALLY threw up then! I was gagging over the sink... washing my face with soap! LOL It was just the most disgusting thing ever. We were out of paper towels so I ended up using a whole role of toilet paper! LOL I couldn't just run the water in the tub because the maintance peeps peeled some of the paint off of it and left it sitting there so if I did run the water, it'd clog up the tub. *sigh*

So after I was done with that disgusting mess, I decide to jump in the shower. Of course! I wasn't gonna touch and snuggle up with my baby with Cat pee smell on me! Hailllll no! So I jump in the shower and take a 1 minute shower because Sofia's fussin' up already at this point. She's been pretty patient with Momma taking care of something else first and NOT HER. So I finish taking a shower and then I realize, "Crap. The dogs. I forgot to let them out." By the time I got dressed, a certain little someone couldn't hold his little bladder anymore and decided to relieve himself in the living room. BoLeo! He has the weakest little bladder, I swear! I am thinking, "OMG, you guys have a master plan to drive momma insane today? Why...?????" So I let THEM out and Sofia's still fussin'. LOL

I clean up the dog pee too and finally tend to my baby. She was not crying just fussin' ya know? Like, "Mom... I'm losing my patience here! Feed me now! I want boob!" *sigh* So I finally sit down, change her diaper, her clothes, wash her hands and face and lay down and feed her. OMG... what a way to start a day. My hubby calls me and I just rant about my morning to him over the phone. Poor guy. He has a billion things going on at work. Last thing he needs is a ranting wife over the phone. So after I'm done, I take a deep breath and just stay quiet. He says, "I'm sorry baby. But I know how to make you feel better. You're getting your mac and camera lens soon. Tax Returns checks here."

Eeeeek! I feel better now! Wooot Woottt! I'm so spoiled. I know it.
We're off to the Texas Rodeo today so I won't be around much today and we head out to Waco, TX tomorrow. Sofia and I will be there for about a week and a half. So I'll be doing daily moblogs using my hipcast.com account. So make sure and check in daily. I'm sorry I haven't gotten around to adding those who contacted me about adding them to my "Blog Love" section. I'll have to get it done when I get back from Waco. ps. Do any of you have the SUNDANCE channel on your cable service? Dude, it's like one of my favorite channels now! We got an extra set of channels for free this year for signing up for a different package. This channel kicks butt! They play the most awesome short films. I watched this movie called "The Wasp" today. It almost made me cry for the kids. It's an oscar winning film. You should check it out on You Tube. They only show a short clip but OMG... if you get a chance, rent it or find a way to see it. It's good.
