[/hidepost]M an, is it just me or did this weekend fly by really fast? Hubby took the day off on Friday so our weekend was actually longer than usual but still... for some reason it felt like it flew by really quick. My hubby starts to feel bummed when Sunday comes around. He dreads Mondays. Today he was all, "Weekend is almost over... that sucks." I replied with a, "I know! My weekend is almost over too... pooey." He looks at me like I'm smoking crack. "YOUR weekend? You have a weekend all week! You don't work." [insert choking on my own saliva here] "Exqueeeze me? I too DO work! I work 24/7. Meaning, 24 hours 7 days a week! I wake up early with Sofia EVERYDAY. You don't! And it's my weekend because you're home to help during the day..." He thought about it and nodded. "You're right. It is your weekend too." Pshaaaaaa... Damn straight, I'm right! LOL A mommy's shift never ends. Am I right Mommies? LOL And I don't mind really... I mean, being a SAHM rocks. I get to see this face all day. How could I complain!? LOLWeekend was great though. We didn't do anything out of the ordinary but we did manage to get out of the house to get some fresh air. We checked out this Mexican grocery store that we always drive by. I'd been wanting to check it out forever but never got around to it. We went in and really liked it. They have a restaurant inside. It reminded us of the store from back home in California (Ranch Market). We could kick ourselves in the butt for not stopping by sooner! We're moving this year to another state so we'll try to shop there more often till then. LOL They have a LOT of Mexican products. The kind you can't find at the regular super market. Yayyy... So now I can try to make more Mexican Dishes. Woot Woot!

[/hidepost]We had absolutely BEAUTIFUL weather today. Actually, all weekend. It's supposed to be sunny all week long, I believe. That's GREAT! I love it when it's nice and clear like this without humidity. Love it! It puts me in a happy-peppy mood. It was a good day to wash the car and play outside with Sofia and the dogs in the back yard. So we did just that. Hubby washed our new (used) Land Rover and I hung out in the backyard with my kiddos. Of course I had to take my camera. I HAD to take advantage of the weather and get some shots of my buhbeh. Nuthin' new! That was my weekend. Pretty exciting huh? haha.UPDATE: Here's a video I took of Sofia outside with Joe and the boys. She loves animals already!

I cannot get over how freaking adorable she is! And my hubby have been in the same "discussion" too! Lol. I am like, what the heck are you talking about I don't work all day!? Sooooo feeling you on that one! Lol. Glad you had a good weekend though!

Sophia is absolutely beautiful! And you right, being a mommy is a 24/7 job. It never ends, but who would want it to..... not me.

Buddy is so good, just letting Sofia ride his back. lol He is like "Ok here we go again." I'm glad you have a nice weekend and great weather. Ray was and still is very sick. Sofia is just getting so big! So you had the "discussion" that all new parents have. My Joey cannot even try to throw that whole work thing at me. I work about 35 hours a week with Sophia with me at the office. So really I am working like 2 full-time jobs. He has no room talk. But I have to admit they do get easier to take care of the bigger they get. Now that Sophia is potty trained and can open the fridge she is totally Ms. Independent woman and doesnt need me anymore!
