Too fast!

Sofia is going to be 2 next month. MY GOD! How time flew! We went out to eat last night and she is such a big girl now. She talks so much... While we were sitting down eating, we noticed a couple a few tables away from us with a little girl {about 11 months old, my guess}. Joe says "Aww... look Sofia... you were that little once!" I agreed. "And actually, she was just about the same age as that little girl when we got here exactly a year ago." She was 11 months exactly too! Awww... made me a little nostalgic. It makes me sad because I feel like she didn't last a baby too long (and they don't!) Like I didn't capture it, record it, or enjoy it like I should have! I don't know how to explain. You just feel SAD.

Then late last night I was working on making a video slide show of the Hot Air Balloon Festival we went to last weekend at White Sands. I went to my Vimeo account to check my max limit on the size of the upload and I ran into this video again:

Awww! It just makes my heart melt! She was so widdle! And that was just a little over a year ago. Not fair! Why why WHY do they have to grow so fast!? It's so rewarding to see them grow and see them develop into their own little person but I also wish they'd stay babies longer? Do you mommies agree? {sigh}
