Busy Bee!

I feel like I've been so busy this whole week. I've had doctor appointments back to back! Today I went for a {very overdue} dental cleaning. My teeth are now shiny and clean clean! Grandma watched Sofia for me while I was gone but today she didn't do so well. I think she had a tummy ache or something. When I got there she was sobbing while G'ma R was trying to put her to sleep. She never does that. I could tell she wasn't feeling good though. As soon as I picked her up in my arms, she rested her little head on my shoulder and told me "House." {that she wanted to go back home}. I held her in my arms rocking her and rubbing her back while G'ma filled me in on how she did while I was gone but by the time I was going to leave, she fell asleep in my arms so I just laid on G'ma's bed with her. When she woke up, she was fine. So, IDK what that was about. But I do think it's her tummy because she's had loose bowels these past few days. I think something didn't sink in her tummy well. I'm just glad she's feeling better!

I also wanted to share the news that my Kidney Doctor gave me the green light on starting on Metformin to try to get pregnant again. Gosh, I know it's been a while since I blogged good but yeah... so hubby and I have decided we should probably get the ball rolling again on trying to get pregnant since it took us so long to get pregnant with Sofia. I had to go through the Women's Clinic here on base to get a referral and start all over again. It's not going to be easy though. These people here seem to NOT have a CLUE about what they're doing! LOL Augh. So frustrating. I definitely miss the hospital I went to when we were stationed in San Antonio. It is one of the best hospitals in the military. Specially when it comes to IVF and stuff... Oh well... we'll see what happens. My Kidney Doctor however did tell me to just make sure my Primary Care doctor follows me closely and makes sure that the Metformin is not affecting my liver or kidney function since I have Kidney Disease. So I have to make sure and stay on top of that. I'm a little scared but I feel like I should give it a try first before we go through other "more expensive" treatments. I've heard wonders about it for women who have PCOS like myself. That women are able to achieve pregnancy on their own while on it so I'm hoping I will fall into that group! You never know right? Wish me luck! I really would like to have just ONE more child. That's it. ONE more so that Sofia can have a sibling. And then I'm done.

This weekend we plan to have a yardsale and a BBQ at Grandma R's house. I hope the weather cooperates since I see rain is in the forecast for this whole upcoming week! Augh!

  2. Good luck! Do you want to have a boy or girl?

Love that photo. I'm so jealous of your photo editing skills. If you ever made some actions or something I'd totally buy some!

I love yard sales! The ones I've been going to down here in FL suck though.
