Happy Thanksgiving!

We spent Thanksgiving at home this year. It was actually very nice. We took our time, didn't stress about dinner or find ourselves saying "Oh! Look at the time! We must hurry..." It was so perfect and peaceful. 100% Stress-free. And dinner was delicious! My husband decided to deep fry our turkey again. We've been doing that for the past few years. And I made all the other side dishes. This is the first time I try making candied yams and let me tell you, I was impressed with myself! LOL They came out SO good! What I loved most about this Thanksgiving is that Sofia was really into it like we were. I love that now that she's older, she is "getting" things. It's awesome. Here are a few pics of our Thanksgiving at home. Hope your Thanksgiving was just as wonderful. God bless.

ps. We finished our evening with snuggling on the couch watching "family" movies. This one in particular was my favorite.
