Happy Father's Day!

How do you like the new look on my blog? I like it! Today we are spending it with my father in law who is in in town visiting with us. I'm spoiling hubby and father in law by making them some delicious CHILES RELLENOS! Can you say "MmmmMmmmm"? LOL Yeap, that's right... mmmMMM! They are a lot of work but they are worth the hard work today! I only make them on special occasions. It's hubby's favorite dish I make so I KNOW he's going to be on cloud 9. This will be hubby's 3rd Father's Day. Dang! How time flies! Feels like just yesterday when this moment happened:

This was taken minutes after she was born. Well... they cleaned her up first but yeah... I remember the look on his face. He was so IN LOVE. Now that's what you call love at first sight! Giving birth was an awesome experience but so was witnessing that first moment when he turned into a Dad. Ya know? Unforgettable for sure. And I'm glad even though I was laying there with legs spread open and doctors sowing me (owwie!) back together, I still thought to get my camera and capture this moment. *hehe*
