Getting soaked and muddy!

What are the best memories you have from your childhood? I know a lot of my favorite/best memories as a kid involved me and my sister getting each other wet with the water hose. We didn't have a pool... but the water hose was the next best thing! We'd take turns getting each other soaking wet... the worst part was the very beginning. The water was super cold and you'd stand there with a face of torture as you felt the chilly water come over you. LOL After a few minutes, you were fine. I remember I always wished the water was warm from sitting there all day. We got lucky a few times, actually.



Sofia lovessssssss to get wet with the hose. She wouldn't be a kid if she didn't, huh? If I'm watering the flowers, she wants to do it... if I am watering our back yard, she'll run right into it. LOL! Then she'll stop and look at the water coming through the hose and yell, "A rainbow!!!" hahaha! Love it. I bought her some rain boots to use to run through the mud but she gets so down and dirty with them that the mud gets inside. So most of the time, she ends up just kicking them off and dipping her feet in the mud. She likes the way it feels on her feet, in between her toes, on her hands... Ahhh... to be a kid again. When was the last time I did that? I don't even remember. I might have to join her in next time.
