test.
Today is our 10 year wedding anniversary. Ten years ago today, we exchanged rings and said, “I do.” It seriously doesn’t feel like 10 years have passed by since that happened. I remember it so clear. Like it was just yesterday. When we got married, I was 20 years old and he was 21. We were such youngins! Even though I didn’t see it that way at the time, we were just “esquincles”. Joe was just a basic airman. One stripe only. *tehehe* But I didn’t care. I still don’t care what rank he is in the military. I’m proud of what he does and how far he’s gotten. We’ve both grown so much. We know each other so well. We learned that we’re both not perfect and that we come with flaws. For example, I hate to fold socks after they come out the dryer so he folds them for me. When the dishes are sitting in the sink because I just haven’t gotten around to them, he gets it done without ever complaining. I know he likes to keep his shoes at the edge of the bed (for easy access in the morning he says) [which drives me BONKERS] but it’s ok. I love him even when he has a flight line of shoes on his side of the bed.
