A long LONG time ago I used to love Rugrats. Anybody remember them? Ok, I'll confess. I still do! The Rugrats episodes NEVER get old. I used to watch them all the time. Even after I got married and we were stationed in Japan, I'd sit and watch the Rugrats on our VHS player. I had a collection of their cartoons. My hubby would laugh at me because here I was, a grown @$$ woman, watching "The Rugrats" like a little kid. LOL Anyway, when the first Rugrats movie came out, I was so excited! And I loved it so much, I ended up buying the soundtrack. I wore the soundtrack SO much, it's ridiculous! I know the lyrics to almost every song on the album. Anyway... that was when we were stationed in Japan. That was OVER 10 years ago. We've lived in 3 different states since we came back to the states and I made sure that with every move, that CD would not get sold or lost because my plan was that when we had a baby, I'd let him/her listen to the cd. Because HELLO...? He/She, I knew, was going to love it too! LOL Well... just a few days ago I decided to pull the DVD (oh yes! I later bought the movie on DVD! HA!) for Sofia and play it for her. She lovedddddddddd it. Since she loved it, I went to dig out the CD and put it in the car for her so she could listen to it when we drove places.
Guess what? She's HOOKED! hahaha She keeps asking for the "S..S.. song..." when we get in the car. That means she wants the rugrats. Because when they spell out "R-U-G-R-A-T-S" they get an echo at the end? So she repeats it too! lmbo! It's so funny... OMG'osh... And she likes the song "Angelica" sings on the cd too. "A Baby is a Gift (from a Bob)". But she calls that one "baby poops in pantsies.." because that's one of the lyrics. Yeah, I know... that is not the best thing for to listen to her but... LOL
Anyway... if you've never heard either of the songs (shocker!) here are the videos I found of them on you tube. They're good! You'll love them, I promise! *giggles*

I absolutely love the Rugrats! My boyfriend, brother and I still watch them and love those songs too. Especially the Take Me There one. It's so awesome! I wish I could find the movie, but I can't find it anywhere. My daughters love it too, I wish I could find it!
