Brr... it's cold!

So guess what? It did snow after all! The temperature started dropping really quick yesterday. We were out and about in Las Cruces and El Paso and we could tell something was up because the weather was too cold for comfort and the skies were starting to get grey. A friend texted me and told me that it was going to snow today. I thought, "Hmm... I have to see it to believe it!" well... sure enough, it snowed today! LOL And not just a little bit. A good bunch! Sofia and I were in and out of the house because you see, she has snow clothes but I don't. She kept throwing snow balls at me and since I was wearing stretch pants, well, they would just get wet! And after a while, my tooshie would get numb and that's when I had to bring us back in the house. LOL!!! She hates me taking pictures of her now... I have to bribe her to smile, seriously. LOL *sigh* I miss those baby days when she wouldn't turn away from the camera and you could actually get a good/clear shot of her face. Now it either has to involve candy or she's NOT doing it. LOL! Oh well... at least I got some good shots. =D

Hubby got sent home early and it's a snow day for him tomorrow so he gets to stay home with us again. YAY! I'm happy about that... I think we might have to make some hot chocolate or something... and watch some movies... =D

Check out the pics I took outside of Sofia in the snow. It's supposed to snow tomorrow too... eek!

Here's a GIF I made of her making snow angels. LOL!

  1. LOL, that video is too cute! And what a gorgeous little girl! I looove her sweater! We've been having some crazy weather here, too, so I know what you mean. By the way, cool font on your photos.

  2. Could you send some snow my way!?! I am wanting snow so bad so that Peyton and I can play in it. The closest we had was when they dumped snow into a park for the kids to play in....... but that's no fun!

Great pictures! Sofia is so beautiful! You better watch out when she become a teen. :)
