Twas Christmas!

Ho! Ho! Ho! It's was Christmas, yoh'! Can you freakin' believe it? Just a few more days and we have a new year in the works. 2009. OMG, where did time go?! I have to say this was one of the most awesome Christmas we've had. It was nice to spend it around so much family for a change. Last year we spent it with my little brother but it was just us 3. Oh! And Sofia of course, her first Xmas ever. She was still a little worm! haha Couldn't even focus her eyes right! bwahahaha *sigh*

Did Santa bring you everything you asked for? Well, did he? Did he? Did he? Huh? Huh!? huh??? LOL I sure hope so! I got a lot of Xmas gifts this year too. Nothing super outrageous like last year... OMG! But every gift I got I fell in love with! So did Hubby. AND Sofia.
I received this year:
a Nikon Camera from the Hubby. He surprised me afterall! I wasn't expecting that! See, I did want one for a long time because he took the one my Mom gave us for our anniversary about 4 years ago to a TDY and he broke it. The lens didn't zoom well and when I took videos of Sofia, they'd come out all blurry. I asked for a new one forever but we couldn't afford it so I just quit asking for one and used my little cheap pink cam in the meantime. But I love this one! It has so many cool features! Thank you, Hubbs! You're the BEST!


A new Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse for our iMac. The one we had the little rolling ball was messed up. It hasn't been working for a LONGGGGGG time. We just got used to manually scrolling up and down. Gah! I know... what a pain but not no more! *ana whispers* I still find myself doing it though without realizing it. Habits are hard to break...


These pink measuring cups I've been wanting forever too! They are so cute! I squealed when I opened them! LOL Everyone laughed at me. Because everyone knows that buy me anything pink and I'm happy! LOL If I could have my kitchen in a pink theme, I would but I don't want to embarass my hubby's friends when they come over. LOL You know... that whole "manhood" thing... [ana rolls eyes] They don't know what they're missing out on. Hmmph!


I got a lot of pampering stuff too from family. I got these and OMG... I LOVE them! My nephew and his wife know how I am trying to be more "green" so they got me all these pure natural body & face stuff. An Alba and a Burt's Bees Gift Set.

And a bunch of other small stuff I can't think of right now. Oh yeah, my niece works at a beauty salon in Waco so she gets us really nice beauty products every year. This year she made us our own gift bags and threw in all kinds of cool products. I'll have to take a picture of all my loot because it's ridiculous. And to top it off, I got some clothes, pj's, and hubby filled a stocking up for me to open up on Xmas day... yep yep... so that was me.

Sofia got:
A Vtech Baby Smile from us along with two games to go with it. We got her a Baby Einstein Game to with it and another one about Noah's Arc. She thinks it's the coolest thing! haha


A Little Tikes car... which Daddy has to finish putting together because he got stuck halfway through. He's a rookie Dad, ya know? It figures! lol!

We also got her those little toy shelves/organizers that I posted about a little while back except we took it out of the box early because she need it in her room badly! Toys EVERYWHERE!
And we got her a lot of clothes. I mean, a LOT. And most she's worn already because they were for the winter and she didn't have any. But she has a pile for Summer as well. She got spoiled!

Family gave her clothes, stuffed animals, toys, etc. Typical. Ya know? This is one I really liked! She'll have fun with it.


Hubby got:
A Clinique Gift Set from Sofia and I

From family he got shirts, pajamas, and bath/shaving gift set. The girls always score on Xmas... That's just the way it is. LOL! Sorry guys... See the pajamas he got? LOL! It was hilarious! All the boys got one and HAD to take a picture wearing it. Such goofs!


And well... with this I'll leave you. I gotta catch some Z.z.z.z.z's! I'll be back tomorrow with actual pictures from Xmas and stuff.
And BTW, yeah... I'm back in my old home. We can't afford to be paying for two blogs every month. It adds up and I just can't let go of my old blogs and entries here on WP. I really loved Squarespace but I got more history with WP and I just can't let goooooooo... wahhhh!
